Founded in 1912, the yard has evolved from boatbuilding to specializing in yacht maintenance, repair, and restoration. The shipyard offers a range of services, including hull repairs, rigging work, engine servicing, and winter storage. A standout project is the restoration of the historic regatta yacht Germania VI.
